She brings to Infonetics14 years of telecom industry analyst and marketing experience, including over3 years as Strategic Marketing Director for VoIP application software vendorBroadSoft. Diane is a meticulous researcher with expertise in identifying newmarkets, product positioning, messaging, strategic planning, competitive analysis, and serviceprovider go-to-market strategy. Prior to BroadSoft.
Diane now leads Infonetics’ Service Provider VoIP and IMS coverage, specializing in VoIP and IMSequipment, hosted VoIP services, residential VoIP, and circuit-to-packet migration products andadoption trends of service providers and end-users. Her focus is to deepen Infonetics’ VoIP andIMS equipment and services coverage, and to expand into new areas such as hosted unifiedcommunications (UC), SIP trunking, and Rich Communications Suite (RCS).
